SigmaSure is a suite of Web-architected software applications for comprehensive real-time capturing, aggregating, and analyzing test and process data across globally dispersed organizations. It employs SigmaQuest's "any data, any tester, anywhere" technology which supports data gathering from any location regardless of existing hardware and software which can vary widely from location to location. SigmaSure is the first commercial Product Performance Intelligence system. It has a distributed, open architecture for maximum scalability and flexibility. Designed to support the entire product lifecycle, SigmaSure enables OEMs and manufacturers to store and analyze data locally - at the lab, manufacturing site, and repair center - and aggregate data from multiple sites for global analysis of entire data sets or subsets.  Presentation Layer Users access SigmaSure anytime and anywhere through a Web browser. Once logged in, the SigmaSure Dashboard is the user's window to global Product Performance Intelligence. Security levels are used to manage the user's access to the application modules and data. Application Services Application Services provides business logic for SigmaSure and supports application modules designed for engineers and executives. It supports export to popular software packages including Excel and manages connectivity with other corporate systems - ERP, PLM, BPM, MES, QMS, PDM, and CRM - to provide complete enterprise solutions. Connect Services Connect Services is an XML Processing Manager which collects and stores data used by the application modules. Connect Services aggregates and synchronizes data across globally distributed SigmaSure servers giving users real-time access to worldwide information. Data Access Layer Data collected from test stations and data entry forms is queued and forwarded in XML format to Connect Services providing users real-time access to data. Specifications and other data can also be pushed to the tester. Legacy data whether it is two days old or two years old can be imported in batch mode, converted to XML, and forwarded to Connect Services to complete data sets. Platform and Software Independent SigmaQuest is committed to developing next generation products that are easily deployed and integrated with other applications. SigmaSure is written Java™, an object oriented programming language that supports distributed client-server applications, is multithreaded for high performance, and is architecture neutral for maximum portability in heterogeneous hardware and software environments.
